Sterting to be able to see surface defects.

Paint depth gauge. Know before you go.

Finishing up.

My Brand New FLEX polisher. Direct drive on an 8mm throw.
The safest, clearest finish ever.

Machine application of Gloss Enhancer.

Through the wax, the reflection of the light is outstanding.

Again.

It's now dark, need to come back in the morning to finish up.

Wax curing on body overnight, ready for morning second coat.

Morning of second day. Hand buffed, ready to drive.

The engine bay will be the next portion to bring back.
Instead of polishing the air intake, a new one is on order.

This SS is extremely nice.
Custom one of a kind massive rims, outrageous sound system and bizarrely low miles.
Too many upgrades to list here, but one wild ride for sure...

Some might wonder why a detailer needs this much time to polish a car.

A typical better than average paint job has a cost greater than $7000.

A good portion of that is in the color sanding between coats, the final coat and the final polish.
Your local skilled detailer handles these types of procedures every day. (Apollo!)

The cheapee car washing detailers are not speaking any form of truth when it comes to true detailing.

An hour per panel from start to finish when the goal is total perfection is a low figure.

Double at 2 hours/panel is more like it. (around 18 hours)
