Other products were used during this process.
This Maserati was just imported from Florida where it had apparently
encountered a sandstorm (or two)
It also had severe water spotting from a failed De-Ion system, potentially from a car washer.
Another reason to stay away from those types of "car detailers".

After initial washdown (2.5 hours)
In the above picture, you can clearly see the scratches and swirls. The reflection of the fence, trees and sky are blurred by the volume. Also visible are tiny pinholes from windblown sand.
Roof shows no clarity.
First picture of the roof condition. This was the worst large area. The three lights are a ceiling flourescent and you can't even make it out. The pinholes, scratches and hard water marks are clearly evident.
I used 2 different sized full rolls of top quality masking tape.
As the job progressed, tape was removed and reapplied
on opposite sides in/out or up/down on each edge or crown.
Working the lower fender lip.
Last pass of nano compound on roof.
While it isn't final polished here, the incredible clarity of this compound is insane.
Exterior completed, on to the interior.
It's just dust.
